The breakfast is going down hill fast.The eggs were over cooked and rubbery,unable to eat.The juice machine was not working, therefore no water.The ice machine on 3and4 was not working.I was on 4th floor.

Room was good, front desk person was approachable, breakfast was OK....what i disliked is, there was all kinds of ppl in the hotel pool area that I am sure did not have a room! we got to room decided to let the little ones swim i came to a full on what seemed party hot tub had intoxicated adults, the opposite corner was a couple with a loud music speaker & a 12 pack beer box with cooler, then they left for more alcohol another set showed up 2 couples full on pda & drinking to where the pool was really crowed....some these kids with no manners nor parents trying to correct them, as soon as we walked in they took my little ones beach ball & pool noodles, we made a run to store to get them water toys, shoot one lady seemed bothered i asked for my stuff back, i witnessed 2 vehicles show up in the short hour of using pool that the ppl that were there called over.....they parked @ the hotel next to this one & run through the back door being let in of course having no key.....109% sure didnt have a room even, i paid while they enjoyed on my kids time!!!though the room was good & price was fair idk if thats the type of atmosphere is always there but I won't book here again for that matter alone, I've never been so uncomfortable

The hotel was dirty from the moment we walked in. Thought ok let me give it a chance went to the room and NOPE there was hair razor with hairs on it in the shower a bar of soap in the shower pee stains on the toilet and the bed sheet were yellow and on bed didn’t even have the comforter on it. The floor was sticky it was just not cleaned at all. Can back down stairs to speak with the front desk and he said he couldn’t get me a refund or no kind of paper work he did offer to change the room and it was just dirty.

Stayed 3 days and was informed that housekeeping would not clean unless requested. They have an open trashcan at the elevator to empty your own trash. This is an average hotel, not luxurious. Fine for the cost. You know what you’re getting, nothing fancy.

Beware of photos. Breakfast is really gross. The pool was very over chlorinated. Took almost 12 hrs to get towels after having to request them multiple times. I wish I shelved out more for the LaQuinta next door. Would not go again. Oh also our lamps and plugs didn’t work come to find out you have to pull the beds out to plug them in.
