The room was great. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking was a little tight and seemed just a little sketchy but did not have any problems. The price was the best!!

Great place to stay walking distance to park . Located in a residential area so its a quiet place to stay. Short drive to restaurants.

Staff was friendly & overall the room was clean but it’s very outdated!!!! Tub was stained & absolutely no amenities & only 4 plugs in the entire room & only 2 worked!!!! Only 1 way in & 1 way out & parking was TERRIBLE!!!!

I was put out of the hotel after I called the night before and asked what the deposit was for the room.. The person for the hotel said there was no deposit… So now I am stranded with no place to stay.. Staff did not render any assistance at all…

This hotel is as lovely as those I have paid much more for. The rooms are more like a luxury hotel, with exceptional staff. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Lubbock. Thank you so much for the two nights of comfort.
