The staff was GREAT! room was clean comfortable, however the flooring in bedroom section was coming apart at he seems. This really needs repaired, as I'm sure most guests would NOT overlook this. Have stayed here several times always friendly clean but these needs repaired.

The couch in the king suite was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch it! Torn with all kinds of nasty stains. The a/c had black sticky stuff like it had once been taped to hold it together. The bed looked like it was half ass made the pillows

Don’t stay! No stairs,

Dont stay!! No elevators, must use steep stairs, unfriendly staff, refuses to cancel with refund and will ask you to leave and keep your money totally ridiculous & the rooms are not comfortable with the AC is a terrible type of air very musky feeling

Disappointed and dissatisfied

The photographer did a great job of making this place look great and the staff were kind but that is the only compliment I will give. Arriving we found that we were located between the Golden Corral restaurant and a safelite repair shop , in fact the pool , which is substantially smaller in real life was placed practically in the safelite parking lot, not the poolside relaxation we had anticipated. Our room seemed clean in a cursory manner and so run down. It was clear that there had been flooding as the entire laminate floor was buckling and lifting to the point of tripping hazard. When we alerted the front desk they acted surprised and said the cleaning crew must have missed it (photos will show that would be impossible or as suspected this room was not cleaned often) the person proceeded to let us know thy only other king room would be the suite and the most expensive room as if this flooring issue was our problem and choice. There were sticky spots on the floor and the bathroom was just not that clean you want in a hotel. The walls had big dings and drywall chunks missing . The bed was decent but the pillow were throw pillow sized the seemed like they were just stuffed with either sheets or older pillows. Normally we enjoy some room time napping or just decompressing on trips but the TV worked intermittently (we were told that the WiFi was too weak for a full capacity so that was common) and the room was just totally uninviting so we avoided it until bed time.
