Das Häuschen liegt wunderschön zwischen Wald und Olivenhainen. Das Grundstück ist allerdings nicht komplett eingezäunt und von den 1000 Quadratmetern kann man höchstens 200 wirklich nutzen. Das Haus bietet alles was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir haben die 2 Wochen mit unserem Hund sehr genossen.“

Günstig, einfach, sauber

An sich ist die Unterkunft wunderbar: zum Wandern und sehr nah am Stadtzentrum Lucca und nur gute 30 Minuten zum Meer. Allerdings ist das Grundstück nicht, wie in einer anderen Bewertung geschrieben, eingezäunt! Man kann ein Hund dort nicht frei laufen lassen. Angesichts der vielen Moskitos am Abend kann man auch abends nicht unbeschadet draußen sitzen.

Sehr angenehme und erholsame Unterkunft

Wir haben hier einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit Hund erlebt. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Vermieter der uns empfangen und trotz sprachlicher Schwierigkeiten unsererseits eingewiesen hat. Hier gibt es jede Menge Wandertouren. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet für 2 Personen genügend Platz. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Hund kann sich frei auf dem eingezäunten Gelände austoben. Für eine Reise mit Hund kann ich mir keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen.

Wir haben ein wundervolles, sauberes und komfortables Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte und Utensilien waren vorhanden. Unser Hund hat sich in dem riesigen und gepflegten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für den Preis unschlagbar.

Sehr ruhige und ländliche Lage...

Sehr ruhige und ländliche Lage und dennoch in Nähe aller Hotspots der Toskana wie Lucca, Pisa, Monte Mantana oder dem Stradn unterhalb von Viareggio. Zuvorkommender udn sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Da das Haus abgelegen liegt, ist es empefhlenswert, die hauseigene Alramanlage bei Abwesenheit und nachts einzuschalten.

Heizung ging nur im Zeitraum 6...

Heizung ging nur im Zeitraum 6:00–9:00 und 16:00–20:30Uhr. Damit war es Abends dann kalt.Das Schlafzimmerfenster konnten wir nachts nicht öffnen, da ein permanenter Kloake–Geruch vorhanden war, im übrigen auch außen beim Sitzplatz.Im TV konnten wir keineDeutschsprachigen Sender empfangen, dafür 20 Arabische Programm. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter hieß es, das liegt nicht in seiner Verantwortung. Nach nochmaliger Nachfrage hieß es, im Winter sei wohl etwas an der Sattelitenschüssel kaputt gegangen!! Das ist natürlich nicht in Ordnung und hat unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst. Die Einweisung vom Vermieter hinsichtlich TV und Heizung war eher dürftig!!

grosszügig ausgestattete und sehr ansprechende Unterkunft in herrlicher Umgebung mitten in Olivenhainen. Ausgezeichnete Betreuung durch Eigentümer/Verwalter ... Reisetipps: Zentrale Lage für Besichtigungen. Zahlreiche Strände (bewirtschaftet und kostenpflichtig) sowie einige öffentliche Strände im Umkreis von ca 25 km. Nähe zu Lucca bietet umfangreiche Möglichkeiten für Besichtigungen, Einkäufe etc.
