Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each stay for your comfort and peace of mind.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the breeze. The dining area seats four comfortably, ideal for family dinners or relaxed mornings with coffee.

The primary suite features a cozy queen bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, great for friends or family traveling together. Each bedroom includes a smart TV with air conditioning to keep you cool.

Bathrooms are stocked with starter essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels.

The home is powered by a solar-energy system with battery storage and includes a 600-gallon backup water tank to ensure comfort and reliability. While the wider area continues restoring public utilities (electricity), guests are asked to be mindful of power use, especially at night when the home runs on stored battery energy.

For drinking and cooking, we recommend using bottled or filtered water. Please note that while the refrigerator doesn’t have a built-in ice maker, ice trays are provided.

Outside, you’ll find a clothesline for drying laundry, as the electric dryer is not available for use.

During your stay, you’ll have access to the home, gym, multi-purpose courts, and football field. The community pool will reopen soon once final maintenance is completed.

The home has been treated for pests, but please keep doors and windows closed as insects can enter easily in our tropical climate.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway (street parking is not permitted).
