Gorgeous, 3500+ square foot, hand-peeled cedar log home on two levels. You won't find a better equipped, more spacious and luxury home, located in one of the best Winter and Summer vacation spots in Vermont, close to everything.

Long driveway with dramatic stone walls lead you to the entrance. Spacious, beautifully landscaped yard with plenty of parking. 28' x 32' Great Room with cathedral ceilings, a 10' river rock fireplace, and large windows. Three (3) King master suites with private baths, flat panel TVs and Roku in every bedroom. Then above, we have a gorgeous 20' x 20' loft area with Mahogany Pool Table, Casino Bar and drink refrigerator. Main master BR features beautiful River Rock gas fireplace and premium indoor jetted tub. Truly sleeps 12 comfortably in beds, many homes claim this but houses are much smaller and they are counting futons, pull-outs, lofts, etc.

Mudroom entry has an industrial size boot/glove dryer, tons of ski & coat hooks hooks, places to hang wet clothes plus washer and dryer.

Summer Note: Just got A/C! We do not have central air, but we do have 3 mobile AC units that cool 600 ft.² each.

Great house!! Very clean, great layout, well stocked kitchen and nice little touches like starter toiletries in case you forgot something and plenty of wood for your fire. The owners are great and very responsive. We had freezing rain our second night leaving the driveway a sheet of ice. It was handled right away and plowed a second time and sanded after a snowfall a couple of days later. Our family had a great time and it’s so close to Okemo so it was super convenient to go skiing. The grocery store was also very nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

House was gorgeous. Loved the hot tub,fireplace,and pool table,and gas grill. Trash bin & recyclable bin were full upon check-in and a bear visited us on the 1st night and tipped recyclables over which was mainly empty pizza boxes left from previous tenants. 8 of us were there for 3 days of golf at Fox Run & Killington. Weather was perfect & golf courses were pristine. 5 min drive to Fox Run. Would definitely come back.

Winter wonderland

Three families spent a week at this beautiful log cabin. Seriosluy, the pictures dont do it justice. The home has plenty of space. The rooms were huge. it had plenty of bathrooms. It was well-appointed and well-maintained. There was a ton of available firewood for our use, which we took advantage of. Radiant heat floors were magical when the temps were below zero. Heather, the host was easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions promptly. We had a lot of snow before and during our stay. She ensured the long, uphill driveway was regularly plowed and sanded. For the skiers, the home is less than 5 minutes drive from the Okemo Clocktower lodge. Also offers quick and convenient access to Ludlow and all its charms.

Great place to stay

The property was beautiful with plenty of space for our family to spread out. This would easily house 2-3 families based on the two bunk rooms. The hot tub was well taken care of. The kitchen was well furnished with crock pot pans knives and cooking needs. We enjoyed time around the fire each evening as a fire. There was wood provided and easy to access. The fire place in the master bedroom was excellent.Only thing to watch would be some of the hills accessing the location could require awd or 4 wheel drive in snowy conditions. Location to Okemo and the town is 5min which made trips back to the house mid day to warm up the kids very convenient. We have going back on our upcoming vacation plans.

MLK Weekend 2025

5/5 - Perfect Ski House for Multiple FamiliesWe had a fantastic stay at this house over MLK weekend. The location was ideal, with the mountain just a short distance away, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The layout of the house was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of space to gather together as well as spots for privacy when needed. The home was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great weekend away with friends

This was our second stay at this house, but the first in winter. The house is very clean, spacious and well-appointed, and easily accommodated six adults in four bedrooms. The location is perfect for those who want to ski, and some of us were able to snowshoe right from the property. The kitchen is very functional, the fireplace is lovely and the hot tub is also very nice to have. We hope to be back!

Our Golf group enjoyed everything about our stay. From the hot tub, outdoor grill, pool table, jetted tub to the kitchen was great. Plenty of space to spread out or congregate. 5 Stars all day. Hosts we great. Property was great. Weather was great. Golf Courses Were great (scores we acceptable)! Convenient to restaurants and stores but house is in the woods. Perfect.

Beautiful log home in Vermont

This property is just as beautiful as depicted in the photos. We were traveling as a 3 generation family group and it provided everything we were looking for. We had ample space to gather and do things as a group or get a little alone time if needed. Entry was easy and effortless. The host (Heather) had provided all the information needed for arrival and departure as well as things to see and do in the area. One thing that was really great was that light switches etc. were labelled so no guessing how to activate fans and lights. I was really surprised to find complimentary toothbrushes and even a shaver in each bathroom. There are starter supplies like this at this rental. We did purchase more toilet paper and paper towels which is to be expected. We used the hot tub several times. It was helpful that instructions on how to care for it and the product needed was right there near the tub. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved the Keurig for coffee. It was great having supplies there for cleaning and the washer and dryer was great. We utilized the towels for the hot tub and were able to wash and dry them when needed, same with the provided bathroom towels. The outside areas were also great. The deck in the front of the house was fabulous for sitting and the back deck was perfect for our evening barbecues. There are chairs and a nice high-top table for eating outside on the back deck. I could go on but I'm running out of space. I highly recommend this listing.
