The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. The condo comes with two parking passes but we had a third card as the condo accomodates 10 people. I asked vacasa where a 3rd car could park and they were of absolutely no help at all. So much for them being local. The communication skills of the support people was very poor and clearly overseas. I can't stress how great the condo was and the location. I assume Vacasa is also to blame for leaving only two dishwasher pods totaly as well as only providing tiny towels that were half the size of a true bath towel and about the thickness of two paper towers. But the condo was GREAT!

Would be nice to check in with someone who personally knew the property, but could only reach a Vacasa call center.
We absolutely loved this condo- perfect slopeside location, very clean, plenty of amenities. Recommend for families - kids skied in the day then went to the heated pool. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy in Ludlow or we used the well stocked kitchen a few nights. Owners are hospitable and have thought of many little touches to make the stay more pleasant. Will be back for sure!!
Wonderful ski vacation, complete with norâeaster and 30â of snow! Great location on mountain, lots of space and well-appointed. Nice high end appliances and everything worked great! So nice to have a washer/dryer in the space. Master bath was luxurious and the mud room/ boot room made ski in ski out an easy task. Excited to come back sometime!
The property was just the right size. I wish Vacasa would have return my call or emails. When we arrived the stove ( high end) was not working. We reached out MANY times with no response!! After 3 days
without a stove, we found the electrical box and reset the stove which did the trick. Which was in a bedroom go figure,! Even after another review I still havenât heard from either Vacasa or the home owner!
