STUDIO BESSO 31 is a modern studio apartment located in the residential district of Besso, a well-connected area just a short distance from Lugano’s historic center. Carefully designed and efficiently organized, the apartment is ideal for offering a comfortable stay whether you are traveling for leisure, business, or study.
Upon entering, you will find a contemporary bathroom on the right, featuring a spacious walk-in shower perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the city. To the left, there is a compact yet fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals as if you were at home: a cooktop, refrigerator, coffee machine, and utensils for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Moving forward, you enter the main space, a bright open-plan room thanks to a large window that opens onto a private balcony. Here, there is a dining area with a table for four and a cozy lounge corner with a sofa that transforms at night into a comfortable double bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.). The balcony is perfect for enjoying a moment outdoors, reading a book, or simply relaxing in Ticino’s mild climate. The apartment’s location is particularly convenient for exploring Lugano and its surroundings.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
