Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Gute Einrichtung der Wohnung und der Terrasse. Angenehme Außen-Temperaturen/Schattenbereiche am Nachmittag. Manchmal Störungen durch laute Gespräche auf dicht liegenden Nachbarterrassen/darüberliegende Wohnungen. Französischkenntnisse unabdingbar bei Anmietung dieser Wohnung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, zumal wir schon viele Male auf Korsika waren. Dieses Appartement haben wir zum ersten Mal gebucht. Die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es fehlte an nichts, speziell was den Küchenbedarf betrifft. San Ambroggio ist eine wunderschöne und gepflegte Halbinsel, mit einem sehr schönen und vom Wind geschützter Strand. Einkaufen kann man direkt am Hafen. Alles weitere bekommt man in den Supermärkten oder bei regionalen Erzeugern in der Nähe. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen, mit seinem schön angelegten Garten mit Meerblick, sowie der guten allgemeinen Ausstattung.

Résidence calme à mi chemin entre calvi et l'île rousse

Jolie vue de la terrasse qui est tout de même un peu étroite. On entend un peu trop les voisins. L'appartement est bien équipé mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Le ménage est majoritairement fait par les locataires sortants : pas génial en période de Covid. L'appartement est par ailleurs assez petit pour 4 (les enfants devaient dormir sur le canapé du salon). La localisation est bien centrale pour rayonner au nord de la Corse, mais on regrette le manque d'animation de la Marina (un seul restaurant). Enfin, l'annonce mentionnait une piscine accessible, mais cette dernière est désaffectée... Et manifestement ça ne date pas d'hier...

L accueil et la propreté laisse à désirer

Le bien en lui même est bien situé et bien agencé, belle terrasse. Préciser que la piscine à des horaires d ouverture ! Manque de propreté (surtout dans les coins, ne pas changé le protège matelas qui est sale laisse à désirer...pas de protection sur les oreillers, couverture lit et protège chaise de la chambre sales également...) Ne parlons pas de la personne qui vous accueille ...!!

Le séjour idéal en Balagne

Location conforme au descriptif du propriétaire, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne présente sur place. Toute la famille a apprécié la plage de la marine de Sant Ambroggio, à proximité immédiate, qui n'est jamais surpeuplée , et il y a une telle multitude de sorties possibles sur la Balagne... Bon, c'est la 3ème année consécutive qu'on vient dans le secteur, nous sommes des adeptes de la Balagne, nul doute que nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine, et éventuellement dans cette location, très bien située et équipée !
