More great service from Moyn on the reception. My room didn’t have USB ports so I couldn’t charge my phone and he moved me to a room which did. Occasionally the aircon blew cold during the night but I only noticed as I got up to use the bathroom. Great phone reception. Tv worked well and I really like the bathrooms here. It was my last of many stays but if I return I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff are always friendly and any problems are sorted quickly. That’s what places this apart from other budget hotels. The excellent service.

The location was good just few minutes walk from Luton station with good connection to London. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. The room was basic but clean with good size and comfortable bed

I had a room without window. It suited my needs Moyn was his usual efficient self. I really like the shower in these rooms. I’ll be back for another stay next week.

Moyn on reception gave his usual great service. Swift check in and the room was lovely and warm. I love the wet room style bathroom and the toiletries included are very nice. Great base to explore with the station nearby making day trips to london quick and easy. There’s loads of entertainment near to the hotel and shopping even a cinema.

Room was not clean. The room stank of cigarettes. The staff were rude. he put a piece of paper in front of me and said ‘sign’ when I asked him what I was signing he just kept repeating ‘sign’. There was NO air-con and it was pure hell and the hottest room ever. DESPITE booking a room with a window, i wish i didn’t bother, because the window was welded closed. It was awful. It states quiet hours are 11pm-7am but forget to mention that the pub across the road is open until 2am playing all kinds of awful bass music. There was a family in the room next to us with a literal SCREAMING baby as if it was in pain from 1am-3am. They were on the phone outside our door and shouting at each other. I was not able to sleep and don’t even get me started on the shower!!! It dribbled. No pressure whatsoever. We actually couldn’t get showers because there was no water pressure. Only plus of this stay was the fact I could use an iron but honestly I would’ve rather slept in my car. I will be contacting for a refund.

Excellent budget hotel.

A windowless room was perfect at this time of year. Decent sized Tv. And the bathroom with a shower / wet room style. No climbing over the bath. Decent sized towels I’ll be back.

room was disgusting and dirty, stains and an old earring was found in bed. don’t stay here it’s unsafe, fights happening outside, so noisy can hear people walking past. bathroom is a wet room
