Check in & room all good and staff very nice. Only thing not having butter for are toast, but to be fair the man working was going go to the Ibis budget hotel, but said it was ok.

Room was clean & friendly check in. Only bad experience was breakfast Saturday morning, full of illegal immigrants all men swearing, went back to are room we ordered a Mcdonalds. Sunday & Monday was fine. One of the staff working Saturday tea time 20th Dec he deserves praise cant remember his name but he from Portugal.

I could hear the couple next door talking and very loud snoring from the next room. If you’re going to offer rooms with an adjoining door, you must put in place better soundproofing as this was very unpleasant.

staff helpful, room ok, dining experience poor. Overpriced food which was very low quality. £5.15 for a small breakfast bowl of undercooked oven chips and a pizza that was edible for the first two portions and as it cooled it became difficult to cut and was not enjoyable.
