The space
A beautiful large open plan living/dining room with high vaulted ceilings and 2 sets of patio doors leading onto south facing garden with outdoor dining and bbq.

The en-suite has a king size bed (150cm) with patio doors onto south facing patio/garden with coffee table, surrounded by lovely trees and not overlooked by anyone.

The lovely twin room also has patio doors leading out to the south facing garden, and a 3rd bedroom has a large bunk (3', 90cm) plus an optional trundle bed and/or travel cot.

There’s a 2nd bathroom with shower/bath.

There is a well equipped kitchen and a high end 50” Samsung smart TV with fibre broadband.

Outside there is a patio area and lawn all south facing with nice planting, surrounded by mature oaks.

The property is in a beautiful rural area, close to all the New Forest attractions and only 1.5miles from the beach. There is a pub serving food within walking distance (Royal Oak)
