Good value for money. Very helpful staff, shops and public transport are close by and the rooms are clean and tidy. Only downgrade is that, despite this being a non smoker hotel, the corridors often smelled of cigarette smoke which crept into the rooms.

Cheap and cheerful!

We need somewhere near to the Matmut stadium that was cheap and cheerful and this certainly fit the bill. Rooms were clean and came with a small kitchen. There's not a huge amount to do around the hotel. There's a bakery not far and a Chinese buffet as well. Apart from that manly residential from what we found.

Clean, basic kitchen facilities

The hotel was very new with basic amount of facilities for a week stay. We used the kitchenette everyday. It is out of the main city area but the tram line number 4 is just 5 minute walk that will get you direct to Lyon Part Dieu. There is a huge Carefor Supermarket just 2 tram stops to Vennisiuex where you can take the train to town via the green line. No air conditioning but there are large windows that can be opened.

Clean, basic room

I stayed here for one week. There was one single bed, bath with shower and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, sink, dishes, and dish soap. There was just one towel in the room, no washcloths. The room was clean, no problems there. The bed didn't have a box spring (since there was a trundle bed underneath) so it wasn't very comfortable but okay for a few nights. Flat screen TV with basic cable and remote. About a 5 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. Great clean laundry mat on the corner. About a 5 minute walk from the Tram4 station. One train change and about 20 minutes from the Old Town with the tourist sites. Wifi worked while I was there. It is more like renting an apartment than a hotel stay - no maid service, you sign a paper at the beginning saying there is no damage to the room, take out your own trash, etc. All in all, it I needed a basic inexpensive room I would stay there again.
