Ils ont Ă©tĂ© tout le contraire. Il a Ă©tĂ© bien difficile de se faire confirmer une simple rĂ©servation, et ils m’ont parlĂ© comme Ă  un chien. Vers minuit, dans la chambre 53 un sifflement intermittent se fait entendre sans qu’il soit possible de dormir. Je recherche l’origine de ce bruit qui semble provenir de la cellule toilette,wc. Cela provient de la chasse d’eau aprĂšs plusieurs dĂ©clenchements le sifflement s’arrĂȘte mais la chasse d’eau se recharge toutes les 20 Ă  30 secondes pour trente secondes Ceci a durĂ© jusque vers 6heures de matin impossible de dormir!!!! Cela Ă  cessĂ© lorsque d’autres utilisateurs ont pris des douches et ont fait baisser la pression je pense. J’ai signalĂ© le problĂšme a l’hĂŽtesse qui a pris en note et m’a dit que son responsable allait faire le nĂ©cessaire et qu’il Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  intervenu sur cette chasse d’eau. Payer plus de 100€ pour ne pas pouvoir dormir ce n’est pas admissible.

Nous ne sommes restĂ©s que deux heures au sein de l’hĂŽtel. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© contraint de rentrer de nuit car l’état de la chambre Ă©tait pitoyable. Moisissure, lit sale avec des insectes morts, cafards prĂ©sents dans la chambre. Sans parler du manque de professionnalisme du monsieur Ă©tant prĂ©sent Ă  l’accueil au moment de notre arrivĂ©. Je lui ai simplement demandĂ© une fourchette car nous n’avions pas de couvert pour manger. Monsieur m’a simplement rĂ©pondu en soupirant, et m’a fermĂ© la porte au nez. Sans bonjour ni au revoir. HĂŽtel Ă  fuir, et qui mĂ©riterai clairement un contrĂŽle sanitaire.
