The building and rooms were like they were from the 90's. The shower head was so close to the wall that you had to stand about 6 inches from the wall to get under the water. It was not a bad hotel...it was just nothing special at all. The best thing was the location.

This would be a 5 but for one issue. A hotel of this price should have a refrigerator that refrigerates. I was told "oh, we have a different system here. It won't make your item cold, but if you put something in it, it will maintain its temperature." I pointed out that then it was not a refrigerator. They shrugged. That aside, it was fine. Request a river view room. Skip breakfast however - 30 euros is a bit much.

Bar service extremely good. Went above and beyond. Woken in the morning by workmen hammering next door. When asked at checkout about I stay i mentioned then being woken by workmen and no warning and the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and said that doesn’t normally happen! Also forgot to give us the ticket to get out of the csrpark

This property needs better trained staff. Because the wifi signal in my room was weak causing a slow internet access, I went to the front desk to see if other room with a stronger signal was available, but one of the staff basically told me to suck it up. He said you might be used to a fast internet, but I had to put up with the slow access. I could not believe my ears. I thought hotels like Crowne Plaza have highly professional staffs?

The hotel overall was good. However, the restaurant at lunch time service range from terrible to nonexistent. For instance, the first day (Friday), the waitress took our order and disappeared for about 20 minutes, we had to flag another waiter to find out why our drinks had not arrived. He apologized and said the waitress was new, but he took our order and brought the wrong food... On the second day, the restaurant manager escorted us to a table and again we waited to be served and no one came to take our order until we complained, at that point, we have had enough and left.. Coincidentally, a couple sitting next to us also complained and said they had waited for about an hour to be served. Overall, the lunch service was terrible..
