We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

Parque aquático eh bom. Hotel está em decadência. Quarto é mobilia velhos e desgastados. Embora tenham nos deixado entrar, o quarto não estava pronto. Não havia toalhas nem enxoval no quarto. Esperamos quase uma hora pelo enxoval que só foi entregue após 4 solicitações.
