Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Paid in full through Expedia, apon arrival staff acknowledged booking but said they had no rooms available and were unsympathetic and unhelpful to my family. I am aware that this may be the fault of Expedia but Reef resort completely washed their hands of the issue. Poor customer service.
