What a great stay while visiting our daughter at Mercer University! The highlight of the stay is the staff. They are friendly, professional and accommodating to the needs of patrons. Our room was clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. I would most definitely stay there again while in Macon, Ga!

Everything worked as expected. The room was semi clean. There were crumbs left from previous guest on the floor around one bed

This hotel is very bare bones. No amenities. Staff was friendly. Hotel walls were thin and you could hear everything, doors slamming, etc. Our first room, the door frame was damaged and the door did not close easily or properly. Upon contacting management, someone came to see the problem; acknowledged the problem. Then we had to wait for permission to switch rooms. All this caused us to run late for the event we had traveled to the area for. In my opinion, this should have been repaired before this room was given to a guest.

The hotel manager April is absolutely AMAZING. She was attentive to my need to extend our stay and keeping the same room to minimize the impact on my child with disabilities. Stephanie made the initial check in smooth and quick while communicating with me via text throughout our stay. Housekeeping was concise with the request made in writing to replace the linens and bathroom essentials. The lady in the breakfast area was so kind and polite each morning.

Good over all.

The people were very nice, especially the morning person. The room was nice a little worn but clean. The bathroom not so much. There was a bar soap and shampoo bottle left from previous guest. Also hair in shower. Not the end of the world. Coffee was excellent
