The bathroom door in 212 was very hard to shut. The floor seemed like it had a hump in it that was causing the door to stick

The desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy and Cavannaugh met us with a smile at breakfast. Sausage eggs and biscuit and gravy. The place was clean and the food was great!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this hotel deserves a warning label. From the moment I checked in, the place felt dirty, and it was clear that cleanliness wasn’t a priority. The front desk clerk was polite, but it seemed like I interrupted him from something else when I arrived. The room had a musty smell, and there were visible stains on the carpet. The bathroom was even worse — hair in both the sink and the shower made it obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The photos online are completely misleading; the hotel looks nothing like them in person. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn’t stay here again.
