Ann at the front desk was very helpful and courteous in spite of working 2 shifts during the 2 nights I stayed. Rooms were clean and quiet. will be staying there again.

The room was in really good shape and clean. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. Usually when I book a room I look for comfort as far as the bed goes. I guess some people like to sleep on hard surfaces at my age I can’t lol. The staff and the room itself was very pleasant and quiet.

This hotel was a great value for the rate. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and everything was clean. I especially appreciated that the fridge kept my drinks at a perfect temperature - very cold.

Our room was next to the mechanical room for the elevator and heard them up and down all night. The next morning the electric went out in our room and my parents room had to try and get ready in the dark. Breakfast was alright biscuit and gravy waffles and cereal

The bedding itself was clean, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the overall room cleanliness fell short. The mattresses and the area behind the headboard looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time—possibly a year or more—which was concerning. Additionally, our room was right next to the elevator shaft, and every time the elevator ran it sounded like an airplane taking off inside the room. The noise made it very difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues and excessive noise.
