The staff was good and friendly. The bathroom size was little tight. The Hotel was close to Masjid e Nabvi which is comfortable for the guests.

I booked Meysan Al Rehab Mysk but upon arrival they said they have moved our rooms to a different hotel which was just across the road Millennium TAiba Hotel according to them fiest they said its 5 star and then 4 star but with condition of property it lookes only 1 star hotel. The staff is pathetic, and trained not enough to provide any good service to their guests. AC didn't work at all, foe 2 days of fighting they moved us to different room still same condition of AC. Upon asking to wash Baby feeding bottles they replied i can wash them in bathroom sink. Their manager is illiterate or don't know what but not even a single person was helpful. Terrible stay my 14 months infant suffered alot due to thwir negligence.

Had a really good stay! The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. It’s close to Masjid al-Nabawi and the Quba Market, with plenty of shopping nearby. Only about 15 minutes from Madinah station — very convenient location. Highly recommend!

Really nice staff, very friendly and helpful. My main gripe though was the condition of the room - it’s quite dated and lacks essential features like a hook for putting cloths on when you’re having a shower. The towel railings also coming out and rather than being secured with plugs it’s silicone which means it hangs down a lot
