I did not like the condition on the room. The pictures are so far from what the room I had actually looked like. Extremely unclean. The floor had not been vacuumed, mirrors not cleaned, the shower had hair and grunge all around tub and also around sink. Toilet moved as if it wanted to be a rocking horse. The walls were written all over. Furniture was about to break apart. The chair was cushion was stained and when I flipped it over handfuls of gunk was underneath. The sheets were stained and I itched all night thinking something was crawling on me. This should not have costed me $90, I should have slept in my vehicle.
The only good I can say is the two staff I saw were very nice.
Jimmy was cool, place was absolutely a crap hotel. "Renovations" in the other reviews are bs. Place is falling apart. Stayed in the "nicest room" paint wasnt bad floor was ok. Walls and ceilings were disgusting the lamps were rusted bed was brown bathtub backed up instantly. Showered at the truckstop to get the ick off.
They are in the midst of a remodel. Our room hasnât been done yet and needs updating, but the bed and room are clean and for the price itâs a solid place. The staff remembered us and gave us the same room again, A for that!
I reserved several rooms for a group trip, knowing this motel would be basic. I didn't expect it to be as dirty and smelly as it was. Many of my group reported their rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, even though I specifically requested non-smoking rooms. My room had what looked like mold through the bathroom and had food smells. I would never stay here again.
The hotel hallway smelled like cigarettes along with our non smoking room, there were dead cockroaches on the floor along with other trash and the toilet would leak water whenever you flushed it. Requested a refund and was denied for two nights even though I hadn't been in the room for 30 minutes.
