I was worried about staying there from the second I booked the room. I didn't read the reviews 1st and that was a mistake. Well I read some more from this month, June 2025, & they were pretty good. A lot of people raved about the breakfast and that was the ONLY thing that was nice. The sink drain stopper was broken and stayed stuck down. Due to this the ONLY sink in the room wouldn't drain and there was feces on the wall in the bathroom. Called the front desk, she came and looked at it, but never returned so I cleaned the feces off the wall. The front desk called a few hours later and woke my mom and me up to ask if we still needed the sink fixed but my mom had rigged it open. The next morning there was a giant puddle of water under the A/C unit, as soon as we shut the air off the room stink like mildew, horribly. The sink was stuck again and the whole time the remote only half worked. The back for the battery was missing and the guide button didn't work. There was a door connecting our room to another and the man sneezed and it sounded like he was basically sitting on my bed. That means he could hear the entire conversation between my sister and me this morning. No privacy for us and he probably couldn't sleep with us talking. Also when housekeeping cleaned the room while I was gone, they didn't even clean the bathroom or take the trash out. I would NEVER recommend this place!! I payed almost $200 & had to take my mom for surgery on the 27th. Horrible experience!!!
