A charming, cosy and elegant apartment, we have decorated it with all our love so that it is like a small paradise where our visitors can relax and feel at home.



Comfortable and fully equipped. It has an iron, hairdryer, television. The kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen and capsule coffee machine. You will have sheets and towels for your total comfort.

We are delighted to assist you, for any questions, by email or telephone, especially to specify arrivals and departures.

Upon arrival, you will be received in person. Arrivals without cost are from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM involve a supplement of £35 to be paid by the guest upon key delivery. Arrivals after 10:00 PM until 11:00 PM involve a supplement of £75 to be paid by the guest upon key delivery.

The cost of the locksmith service in case of key loss or forgetting inside the dwelling will be borne by the guest (£150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to house opening).

Parties and noisy gatherings are absolutely prohibited. Under sanction by the competent authorities.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving. Please take out the rubbish every day, with special care during summer months. There are containers on the street provided for this purpose.

Leave the house tidy before your departure. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much.

In accordance with Spanish legislation, all guests staying in a tourist apartment are obliged to show their identification (ID or passport)



The neighbourhood

The property is located within the traditional neighbourhood of Malasaña !! A wonderful neighbourhood!! Surrounded by terraces with lots of charm to enjoy the sun while having an aperitif or a meal.

We are next to Chueca and a few minutes from Gran Via, with the best restaurants in Madrid and many bars with terraces and the best shopping area for clothing and decoration.



It is also perfect for nights out as it has the best rock music clubs, such as El Junco, Thundercat, and others, exclusive discos like Pacha and Palacio Fortuny with a large terrace where you can have dinner.



The neighbourhood is very clean and safe. The stately buildings from the 19th century.

You can walk to the Thyssen Bornemisza Museums, the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofia Museum and the Romanticism Museum and to the Retiro Park. As well as to the most touristy areas such as Gran Vía, Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza España, all within 15 minutes.



How to move around

We are lucky to have a location that allows walking anywhere, but even so, communications are unbeatable.

As a guest of Apartamento con Encanto en Malasaña Tempory, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock. For a fee, parking is available.
