Everything was really good we had a great experience. Very Professional staff Lucia and Williams at front desk were the best at check in, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best view and experience in our stay at this hotel, and the best part they had a great attitude and great smile at all times. We stayed at the Barceló Torre de Madrid for 5 nights (November 19–24) to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, welcomed us with free drinks, and even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our occasion — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It sits right on Gran Vía, Madrid’s main avenue, meaning we were just steps away from major attractions, great restaurants, and endless things to do. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was modern, comfortable, and spotless, and every interaction with the hotel team was warm, friendly, and respectful. Their level of service made our stay feel truly memorable. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Madrid. Highly recommended!

This is a super hotel and the breakfast is exceptional. So very clean and great staff attention at all levels. If I could offer any suggestions for improvement, it would be longer hours for the pool as we would have liked an early or late swim and also one working treadmill for a hotel if this size is probably not quite right. We would certainly use this hotel again without hesitation. Thank you
