Situated on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, in the city's heart, our lovely studio offers an ideal retreat for your stay in Madrid. The area boasts a rich blend of culture, history, and modernity, providing a captivating experience for every traveller.

It is designed with an open-plan layout. The living area features a sofa, a double bed with hotel-quality bedding for maximum comfort, a SMART TV, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones. Please note that the TV can only be used to watch Netflix and smart apps.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

From the city's historic heart in Sol to the creative and alternative scene in Malasaña, Madrid has something to suit every taste. Salamanca beckons with upscale shopping, while Lavapiés showcases multiculturalism and vibrant street life.

Chamberí offers a tranquil residential escape, while Retiro is synonymous with green spaces and relaxation. Chueca thrives as an LGBTQ+ hub, La Latina tantalises with tapas, and countless other neighbourhoods contribute to Madrid's multifaceted charm. Whether you seek culture, cuisine, nightlife, or tranquillity, Madrid's neighbourhoods provide a captivating tapestry of urban living.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Gran Via, is just a 2-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
