This is an amazing property. It was my second time staying there and it will definitely be the place I stay every time I visit family in Madrid. It’s a clean hotel, safe area, fun area with lots to do in the area. It’s also between two metro stations (Sol and Opera), and the breakfast is pretty great! Great price for central Madrid!!

Our room faced the street, and the noise was unbearable. People walked up and down the street all night; the hotel was located on the most famous street in the center of Madrid. The service was good.

Pretty hotel, friendly helpful staff, ample breakfast. But the walls in the rooms are paper thin, you can follow your neighbor’s conversation. Also not a fan of its location on a pedestrian street but I guess that’s just me. Complementary toiletries on the skimpy side (no tissue box, no Q-tips or cotton balls, no lotion).0
