Hotel was very nice with many more amenities than many European hotels. Nice size mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and more spacious rooms with a nice sized bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

There’s definitely room for improvement—such as the hot and cold water being reversed on the faucets and some cabinet doors not being securely fastened. However, the place was clean, centrally located, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent.

Room was not clean for 3 days! Upon arrival at 6 pm - Used towel on bed, garbage in bin, an orange , paper bag and magazine on counter. Reception checked room conditions and offered a room next door. Second day no cleaning again as both side of notice (English and Spanish) meant do not disturb. Third day we spoke with the housekeeper staff please clean our room at 10 am and she replied, “No English”. So we waved goodbye to let her know we are going out. Back at 5:30 pm, bed was made but garbage in bin, used glasses and coffee capsules were not removed, We reported to Reception and he called housekeeping supervisor, We waited till 6:20 and no one came. Room remained same after dinner. NOISES - we asked for a quiet room on an upper floor but was given a room facing the busy street on the 4th floor (3rd floor is at street level). Noises kept me up till 2 pm even with earplugs on. Reception Christopher was trying his best to address the housekeeping issues. Easy access to bus/metro/train. No tea, no tea cups. 2 cans of water on the first day only. Housekeeping every 2nd day.

This hotel should be five stars- very clean, modern, with very friendly and helpful people working there, very close to the metro and the shopping center. I’ll use this hotel for my future trips to Madrid 100%.

Was an okay stay. For the price paid I expected a lot more. Location is amazing and there is a laundry facility on site, you will have to pay to use but very reasonable. Other than that I will stay elsewhere next time.

The air conditioner did not work the first two nights. Our room was not cleaned on the date promised. The coffee maker was unreliable and too sparse. There was no reading chair in the room. But the staff was friendly, the price was fair, and the location was convenient.

The property itself was pretty clean, nice area right across from the train. It was in close proximity to walk to places. My bed sheets/linens were stained. The lady at the front desk when we initially arrived was very friendly. We were there early so they held our bags until check in so we could go explore. Upon arrival the guy at the customer service desk was rude I don’t think he cared for people of color to be honest
