Breakfast room was great! One the last day we were there, we had to leave early for the airport and Ricardo (one of the breakfast room attendants) was so helpful in getting us some breakfast to go before the buffet was officially open. Hotel is a great location, very central and close to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Would stay here again.

Clean hotel with very comfortable bed and friendly staff. We had a view of the palace from our room. Our second time staying here and certainly won’t be our last. The only minor downside is that they turn the aircon off during the night so we were really hot and had to open the window. Which was fine but could have done with a fan.

Our experience at the hotel was great! Our room overlooked the Royal Palace and we were centrally located between two train stations. We also had multiple parks surrounding us and its an easy ride to the airport. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel and I think they have laundry onsite too. They have a cozy rooftop deck, where I was the only person up there on multiple days. When we come back we will definitely stay here again

The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too.
