We didn’t get in till about midnight. The rooms were nice and new. We decided to have a buffet breakfast at €11 each and it was horrible. Then we were gonna take the free shuttle to the airport. When the shuttle filled up, they told us no more room and we had to pay for a taxi. I picked the hotel next to the airport for the specific reason to get a free shutter ride. And they were very rude about it and it took a while to check in. It was just not overall good visit.

The rooms are not ready. I have photos of broken things, water falling from the ceiling, the pool is out of service, you couldn't drink at the bar because they ran out of glasses, the restaurant, despite being a la carte, was finished.

No airport shuttle when we arrived mid day, 25 euro taxi to hotel. Room was small but clean and comfortable. No usb ports in the room. That would be a nice convenience. Restaurant had a good burger. There are other restaurants with in walking distance as well as a grocery. Bus station near. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Great walking path and park near by. Shuttle to airport is busy in the morning, but convenient. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised having a pool — only to find out after arrival that it was closed. There was no notice during booking, no signage on-site, and not even an apology when I asked. I only discovered it myself when I found the pool door locked and the handle removed. While I’m fully aware Ibis is a budget chain, the room was missing even the most basic essentials — no bin, no water, no cups. These aren’t luxuries; they’re the bare minimum I expect in any hotel. I even asked to upgrade and was happy to pay more, but was told nothing was available. As someone who travels frequently (30+ hotel stays a year), this experience fell well below acceptable standards. Even Accor’s own guest policy states that facility availability should be made clear — but I was denied that transparency. Unfortunately, this was my first time with Ibis, and likely my last.

I had an extremely disappointing 4 days stay at this hotel. The rooms was not cleaned for several days, the air conditioning barely worked,m and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was completely empty. To top it off, breakfast service was painfully slow, with just one coffee machine trying to serve a crowd. Overall, it was a frustating and superb expensive that did not come close to justifying the cost

They have a shuttle service from the Airport, we were waiting ons hour and finally we took a taxi that charged us 25 euros for a short distance. Then when we arrive they said “I am sorry” but we spent an hour in the sun waiting

I was here for a night the room had everything needed for a good night’s sleep. The service is what is terrible. When I was checking in I was in line for about 45 minutes. They only have one laptop computer to check people in and the receptionists are the the worst. Besides being the slowest ever they knew nothing about the property. He didn’t know if there was room service or if the airport shuttle was available. I cant remember the name but it was a guy with glasses the one that helped me. I don’t know if there’s something mentally with this person or he is just slow. There was a couples of guests before me and I could hear that they were also upset about him being very slow. He should Be replaced ASAP. The food is the most horrible thing ever as well. Eat at a different place if you can. If not be ready to deal with the rude waiter that will probably make you upset. Nice hotel terrible service all around. The only nice ones are the ladies that help clean the rooms.

The reception area is pretty stange it is at the end of the bar but without a sign saying it’s there. The receptionist was very friendly. Overall it is a fairly convenient place to stay gor one night.

Han confundido arte con FALTA DE FUNCIONALIDAD. Las habitaciones son unas cuevas, donde no tienes ni una mesa o escritorio pequeño para trabajar. El servicio de shuttle desde el aeropuerto un desastre.. no te dicen horarios y no te respo den al telefono ya que, de acuerdo a la recepcionista, estan muy ocupados. Cola enorme para hacer checkin. Lo único bueno son sus hamburguesas en su restaurante. Hotel nuevo, pero mal diseñado, y el servicio FATAL. No vuelvo, hay muchas otras opciones

They are close to the airport and advertise a free shuttle, but it's VERY limited space and only run it once every 45 minutes so it gets full very quickly. We arrived downstairs at 6:30 for a 6:45 and we were the last two that got on. They could easily do a shuttle every 20 minutes.
