Overall we had a great stay. Convenient location by historic center, right off Gran Via while relatively quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment is clean and spacious. Small but very nice shower. Wish there's a bit more counter space in the bathroom.

Very central location, 2 minutes from Gran Via metro, & easy walk to most of Madrid's attractions. Apartment itself is very recently renovated- everything recently updated. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful. The bed settee in the living area was not very comfortable to sit on. (bed settees are never comfortable) Very basic kitchen equipment. Apartment is very central to main shopping area, many amazing restaurants and public transport. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Great location and very nice apartment. They had a lot of amenities and supplies for us and they were very accomodating and professional. The only complaint was that it was very cold and the apartment did not warm up, the second shower did not work in our master bedroom and the place was not spotless.

The loft room was great, but for shorter people only. My husband hit his head twice on the ceiling because the bed was directly under the slanted roof. I would just request a different type room when booking next time.

The room was very clean and everything worked as it should. The kitchen had everything you needed. The in room laundry was such a bonus. The rooms design was very modern. The area was super close to public transport, restaurants, etc just steps away from gran via. Finally, the staff were amazing. Sergio at the front desk gets 10/10. Highly recommended.

Great location. Property a bit dated but comfortable. I would recommend. It’s great value. Parking is €30 per day and offsite. We chose to return the car early back to the rental agency instead of having to deal with it. Everything form this place is walking distance.

We enjoyed the apartment’s proximity to the Gran Via metro station as well as many noteworthy tourist stops. We stayed prior to the October 12 National Holiday and there was a fair amount of noise at night while workers were readying the streets for celebrations. On the whole we were quite satisfied and appreciated having a kitchen and clothes washing machine.
