Both Olala properties in Barcelona and Madrid were, unbeknown to me when I booked, in the worst, most dangerous parts of both cities. In Madrid There were not enough beds for the number of people we booked for. Did not have enough bathroom amenities, the kitchen electrical had a short and the lights kept going off. Their offices did not answer phones even in office hours. I recommend no one rent these properties as they are putting their profits before customers safety. We were charged exorbitant prices and they did not deliver. They are not suited to be with Expedia.

Great stay in Madrid

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious for our family of five. We had issues with the air conditioning and hot water but the response to get it fixed was quick and very helpful; however the bedroom with the on suite was still very hot. This did not spoil our stay The apartment is near lots of shops and public transport is great.

Apartamento incómodo en todo sentido

- El piso no estaba limpio, caminabas 10 pasos y los calcetines quedaban súper sucios. - había un olor como a orina o humedad bien fuerte desde el pasillo de ingreso y en el apartamento. - No funcionó el sistema de check-in, tuve que llamar a servicio al cliente para que nos ayudaran a darnos el código de acceso. - En los cuartos no había donde colocar las cosas personales y las mesas de noche eran una miniatura. Deberían colocar aunque sea unas repisas para colocar algo de ropa y artículos personales. - El colgador de serchas topaba en la pared y no se podían colgar bien las prendas de vestir. - Las camas y almohadas estaban duras. - El ambiente fuera del hotel se sentía inseguro, sucio y apesta. - El lavaplatos apestaba a ajo. Creo que no lo habían limpiado. - El parqueo que me alquilaron era pequeño y no cupo el carro que renté (a pesar que les dije que era grande) y no habían estacionamientos cerca. Tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas en las noches para encontrar lugar para estacionar en la calle. - El servicio al cliente es lo único que rescato porque si respondían a toda hora y fueron muy amables.

Muito bom apartamento, boas condições e confortavel. Cheguei um pouco antes do horário previsto e nao tive acesso pois nao estava no horário de entrada, nao consegui comunicação para que pudesse entrar um pouco antes, mas mesmo assim tudo conforme o combinado.

La zona en palabras de los locales, muy mala, ademas que no existe codigo de conducta para los huespedes con respecto al ruido. El host no resolvio ese problema

Não é no centro de Madrid como anunciado, e sim próxima, em uma região muito ruim. Estacionamento é praticamente impossível. Um dos banheiros tinha um cheiro insuportável de esgoto, ao ponto de não podermos utilizar . A internet era muito ruim.

Buen apartamento

Un buen apartamento para ir en familia si no tienes que subir con carritos de bebés porque no hay ascensor, pero cuando entras te sorprende lo acogedor que es. Muy contentos con la estancia y la comodidad y agradecer los detalles que han tenido.

Appartement en lui-même très bien et très propre mais par contre bâtiment dans un quartier très vilain et les voisins qui fume dans le couloir toute la fumée rentre dans l’appartement vu que la porte est assez courte du bas je ne le recommanderais pas
