La ubicación es excelente, a pasos del Parque del Retiro, el Museo del Prado y varias opciones gastronómicas. Ideal para familias que buscan disfrutar Madrid a pie y con tranquilidad. Desde el primer momento, fuimos recibidos con una hospitalidad genuina. Todo el equipo se esmeró en hacer nuestra estadía lo más cómoda posible, pero queremos destacar de manera muy especial al personal del concierge, y en particular a Rey, Cris y Nico. Rey fue simplemente extraordinario. Su amabilidad y profesionalismo se notaron desde que cruzamos la puerta. Siempre atento, con una sonrisa cálida, dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier pregunta o necesidad, por más pequeña que fuera. Nos ofreció recomendaciones personalizadas, nos facilitó indicaciones con paciencia y se aseguró de que cada detalle estuviera cubierto. Su trato cercano y respetuoso marcó una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Se notaba su compromiso auténtico con el bienestar de los huéspedes, algo que no siempre se encuentra y que valoramos muchísimo. Cris y Nico, también en el concierge, fueron igual de amables. Rey and staff were outstanding. We always felt welcomed by all. Would definitely return to stay here. The room is perfect for a couple and two young kids, my 17yo would have benefited from a bigger bed than the bunkbed but it was only 2 nights so it wasn't too bad. The Retiro park is less than two blocks away. A pharmacy is an around the corner; they were very helpful when we needed medicine for my kid who got sick.

Great location!

Quaint hotel. We really liked the space. It was a great location--very quiet but close to the park and the Prado Museum. Our room had bunk beds which made it perfect for our family of four. The only drawback of the room was that the bathroom had a really off-putting musty smell. It made me question the cleanliness. It might have just been the room we were in. Overall it was a good stay.
