The main reason for choosing this hotel from hotels.com was the rooftop pool and the information that it was open in winter - unfortunately, upon arrival, it turned out that the pool was closed, which we didn't know and no one informed us - our plans to spend a few days in the sun and the pool unfortunately ended with sitting in the lobby - a pity because the price of this apartment was much higher because of the pool, which unfortunately wasn't working 🙈

EXCELLENT!!!! Great location. Close to the metro, restaurants. Hotel was fantastic. There was a fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and detergent. Every room has a patio. Rooftop pool and restaurant. Very clean. Friendly staff. This hotel made our trip to Madrid so much more enjoyable. 5 stars

Staff were great - both the front desk and the cleaning staff. The location was amazing. We could walk to everything. The room was very nice. Loved that there was a mini dishwasher. Only downside was the pullout couch - there were three of us - the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. If you replace that it would be 5 stars.

I would highly recommend this hotel as not only serves a great customer service but it also offers easy access to the whole city. Room has been cleaned to a high standard and had all the necessary facilities for a great stay. I would definitely be booking this stay again! It did not disappoint at all.

The room bathroom was dirty when we got there. The second morning we woke up to a flooded bathroom floor. The towel hanger was broken and the shower door was loose. The front desk staff was friendly and the location is great but other than that we were very disappointed on the hotel. I had great expectations because I am a fan of LuisitoComunica the you tuber and he recommended this hotel, but it was a huge disappointment.
