Wonderful place for a couple or possibly a family

This was a perfect place to stay for a four-day trip. The location is just minutes' walk from Grand Via and about 10-15 from Plaza Del Sol and Plaza Mayor; about 20 minutes from the Prado and other museums and from Retiro Park. There are two bakeries and a cafe on the same street, which was very handy for meals. Yet the apartment was very quiet--virtually no noise from other units, and the beautiful, sturdy floor-to-ceiling French doors in both rooms not only closed securely, but also had locking shutters. The combination made it possible to get light and air when we wanted, but also make the rooms quiet and dark for sleeping. The main room even has a sweet little terrace with a nice view at the end of the street. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the apartment is quite nice--even nicer than it appears in the photos. The kitchen isn't anything fancy--basics for eating and cooking--but it was plenty for us. And it was great to have the fridge, freezer, sink, and stove/oven. A microwave would have been nice, but we got along fine without it. Management was very helpful, communicated clearly about how to get in, and provided a coffee maker we we asked. During very hot weather (100 degrees F), the air conditioning worked perfectly. The space was perfect for a couple; a family of four could fit fairly well by using the sofa bed. This was a perfect place for exploring the city and sleeping well at night, and we would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is big and is in perfect location. The staff was accommodating to their capacity. I wish they provide little amenities in the room like paper towels, iron or some tea / coffee sachets.

The apartment was clean. But they were not able to keep with the request I made before I arrived. I wanted to cancel two nights, and they keep insisting they did not the credit card before I arrived. They get pay anyway.

Great location and decent apartment. No elevator but host met us and assisted up two flights. WhatsApp communication needed and attentive. Bed was too firm, outside area was between two buildings so not used. Room dark but we were out most of the time. I would stay again.

Very centrally located, not far from all the shops and restaurants and supermarkets. A simply laid out apartment. Perfect for our needs. We could easily walk to some of the main sights such as Retiro park (approx 30 mins), Plaza Mayor (approx 20 mins) and the Royal Palace from the apartment. Ida on reception was very friendly and incredibly helpful and also spoke good English. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Not essential as we managed but a kettle and microwave would have been nice additions.

Walking distance to restaurants , grocery stores, pharmacy, bakeries, stores, La gran vía and some historic sites The apartment is spacious has a kitchen, one bedroom, one bath and living/ dining room. Very safe . Clean but some mold in the tub

Loved this apartment and stay. Great location in the city and safe and secure. My only issue was the noise from the front door when guests came home late. It thunders through the building especially on the lower floored street front rooms. You weren’t sleeping though it!
