eines der schönsten Hotels Europas in Bestlage

Pros: Ambiente und Opernbrunch
Cons: Der Empfang war nicht optimal, man versuchte uns eine exklusive Suite schmackhaft zu machen, in dem man vorgab, unser Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig.
Location: in Bestlage von Madrid, was Madrid zu bieten hat, kann von dort aus unternommen werden.
bis auf den Check in war Service, Küche, Bar perfekt. Das Opern- Brunch ist besonders zu empfehlen. Einzigartiges Erlebnis!

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Conciergerie organisiert alles. Angenehme und gepflegte Erscheinung der Gäste, so dass man sich wohlfühlt. Ein Hotel mit Stil.

+ Sehr schöne Einrichtung und Zimmer. Bequeme Betten und ein hervorragendes Restaurant im Hotel. Check-in/ out effizient. Sehr gute Lage. - Personal freundlich aber hat auch schon Bitten vergessen und musste erinnert werden. Grundsätzlich sehr empfehlenswert.

aan te raden

+ grote luxe / uitstekende service / optimale ligging / uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet / vriendelijk personeel - uitrusting kamer onder verwachting ( geen pantoffels ) avondmaal naar onze normen te laat ( 20 uur )
