This is the first time I’ve given a low rating to this property, which I’ve stayed at multiple times and usually enjoyed. Unfortunately, my most recent experience felt different—something was missing, particularly the personal touches and attention to detail that I’ve appreciated in the past.
It’s possible this was an isolated incident, perhaps related to booking through Expedia, as some hotels tend to assign less favorable rooms for third-party reservations.
I hope this serves as a constructive red flag for management. I truly value this property and would love to see it return to the high standards that made me a repeat guest.
