Awful hotel. Blood on bed sheets. Mould in bathroom. Have pictures to show how filthy. No towels for the beach, in fact waited 45 minutes for the towels to be ready first thing in the morning. Staff seem disengaged. Overall it seems to be a poorly led organisation where low levels of service is tolerated. On a positive note, the chef Pavan was fantastic, excellent attitude and had the culinary skills to match. Feedback left with hotel prior to checkout but I expect platitudes.

Etablissement propre et belle plage mais lenteur du personnel qui est parfois debordé avec pas grand monde .Chambre propre mais avec des fourmis... Vraiment déçu nourriture du soir trop répétitives !

Rannalla, hyvä sijainti muutenkin, huone ja yleiset tilat ok, ympäristö hieman epäsiisti, palvelu keskiluokkaa, ravintolassa jopa alueen muita ravintoloita parempi mutta palveasenne ei ole kaikilla kohdallaan.

Angeblich ein 4-Sternehotel. Dem ist nicht so. Das Personal, insbesondere in den Restaurants, verhält sich sehr desinteressiert und unmotiviert. Kaum einmal ein Lächeln. Das Personal schleicht und lässt sich alle Zeit der Welt. Das Essen? Sehr Seafood-lastig und selten sehr schmackhaft. Keine Saucen! Selten Nudelgerichte. Und wenn, dann wieder mit irgendwelchem Fisch gemischt. Ausser an dem Tag, wo das Essensmotto unter "Italienisch" steht. Pommes-frites nur zum Frühstück (!!), wenn Kartoffelgericht ausgegangen ist. Mahlzeitenauswahl nicht gross, wenn man Seafood nicht mag. Dessertbuffet: klein. Ananas und Melone zwar frisch, doch anderes Obst offensichtlich aus der Büchse. Keine Eisspeisen. Im Nebenrestaurant "Pizzeria", stehen nur zwei Menus als Alternative zum Hauptrestaurant zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls Seafood-lastig. Frühstück, soweit in Ordnung. Haben Personal aber darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Brot zum Schneiden eine Stoffserviette haben sollte (damit nicht alle Gäste das Brot mit der Hand berühren - Hygiene!). Zimmer: grosszügig. Positiv: Safe ist gratis wie auch Zugang zu Internet. Letzteres funktioniert aber nur im unmittelbaren Hotelbereich. Nicht am Strand. Füsse vom Bettrahmen gefährlich. Angeschlagene Zehen mit Verletzungen! Im Bad Whirlpool vorhanden! Nicht nötig. Grosszügige Dusche mit funktionierendem Warmwasser. Gute Klimaanlage in Zimmer. Negativ: Ventilatoren der Zimmer befinden sich outdoor beim Sitzplatz (bei Superior-Zimmern). Sehr störend und laut.

Beau Vallon befindet sich im Nordteil der grössten Seychelleninsel am für mich schönsten Strand. Nur die Fallschirmboote und Wassertöffs nerven. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu (Bau 1974), aber mit viel Engagement bewirtschaftet; das Personal ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben, unkompliziert und dienstfertig. Das Preisniveau - z.B. fürs Essen - ist etwas höher, dem vielen Import geschuldet.
