Dalmatian villa with pool and sea view, panoramic views of the Dalmatian islands Brač and Hvar.



Villa Marina features four separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as one bedroom with a single bed. There are four bathrooms. In total, Villa Marina can accommodate up to 10 people.



The villa has a large terrace with a private heated pool of 60m², a covered seating area and grill, high-quality garden furniture, loungers and parasols.



The living area is 264m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.



A closed garage for several cars as well as outdoor parking spaces on the property are reserved exclusively for guests.



On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, and a washing machine. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as access to the terrace.



On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the large terrace with stunning sea views.



In the basement there is a fitness room with treadmill, various exercise equipment and toys for children.

The Konoba in the basement includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 20 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a grill. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet here.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels as well as pool towels are provided.



Villa Marina is built on a 3000m² plot and is approximately 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is enormous and beautifully designed with Mediterranean plants, grapevines, olive trees and palms. The property is surrounded by cascading walls and offers privacy.

10 of us stayed for 11 nights, we had an amazing stay. The villa is so much more than we expected. The house is huge and the pool and outdoor area was beautiful. Great place to stay for a group of you. Only a 10 min walk into town but also handy to get a car if you have children as it’s up a steep hill. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Makarska. Thank you for a great stay ☺️ The villa was absolutely amazing!!! The photos just do not do it justice it is a beautiful house. We will definitely be back.
