Charming apartment with balconies offering lovely views of one of the city center’s most renowned streets. Very bright, with two street-facing balconies that lend it a special charm. Fully equipped, it includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot/cold).

There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, plus a balcony facing the street. In addition, there is a small room with a wardrobe and a workspace.
The living room, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the street, is equipped with a smart TV and a sofa bed.
The kitchen includes an island open to the living room. It is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The apartment is located in a historic city-center building, fully renovated, on the second floor without an elevator.

Just a three-minute walk away is the Plaza de Uncibay area, with several supermarkets and plenty of shops and restaurants. Plaza de la Merced, the Picasso Museum, and the famous Calle Larios are only a seven-minute walk away.
–Getting around:
It’s just steps from all the monuments and museums, and only seven minutes on foot from Calle Larios. There are also supermarkets, fashion stores, and popular restaurants nearby. It’s easy to reach from the airport and from the main bus and train stations.
–Things to note:
This is a tourist accommodation that meets Olédays’ EcoFriendly certification requirements and has been awarded the WeRespect certification.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in a 1910 building, on the second floor with no elevator. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
