The Lookout (Unit 12) Mallacoota

Unit 12, The Lookout, is a spacious, first floor apartment that boasts a superb waterfront view from the main rooms in the unit and its 35 Square Metre veranda. In addition to three bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a full-size bath, full kitchen and laundry with a second toilet, this is the perfect spot for a getaway.

The location in the heart of Mallacoota Waterfront, provides guests with easy walking access (2 blocks to the wharf, hotel, bakery, cafes, and 7 mins stroll to the surf beach.)

Or, you can simply sit and enjoy the view while having a barbeque.

Unit 12 offers two queen size beds and a double bed bunk in large bedrooms.

There is ample off-street parking for your car and boat, or if you prefer, there’s secure (video surveillance) parking available next to our office at 3 Dorron Ave.

Pets are welcome both inside and outside the unit - however, the yard is not fenced. Remember to bring your pets’ own bedding. Remember to put anti- tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks.

If you would like a fenced yard for your dog, or young child, Bruces Waterside Units also offers 7 fenced units (Check Units 1,2,5,6,7, the Fisherman’s Cottage and Dots Lakehouse)
