The roads are closed I couldnât access the property. No customer service from either you or the property. Even though in your clause said road closures are refundable
The location was great right across the street from the bus stop that takes you to the Eagle lift in about 5 minutes every 15 minutes. Roberto's Mexican restaurant across the street is a local favorite and easy to walk to. The condo was clean and easy to get into. The community spa was great to relax in after skiing. The only negative is that that the management company would not allow us to leave our car in the parking lot until 2pm. If you want to ski on the day you are checking out you will have to pack your car the night before and then drive your car up to Eagle at 7:15am before the parking lot is filled and then take the bus back to the condo and then ride back up to the lifts on the bus when the lifts open at 9am. Not the relaxed checkout experience on your last day that one might want.
Geeat location and great Mexican food restaurant across the street. We had several families in nearby condos within 2 blocks either direction. I would love to stay in the winter sometime.
Booked this place for my girlfriends birthday and planned a romantic proposal. It was so perfect! We stayed for 2 nights. Snowboarded one of the days and then, unfortunately, my partner sprained her foot walking down the steps of the condo on the second night. I loved this place and would definitely stay her again. The property manager is supposed to get the light fixed on the side of the building so this accident doesnât happen to others. Besides this horrible accident I have no complaints.
Very clean and updated. Had everything we needed for our short stay. GREAT location! Across the street from the green line and very close to many restaurants. Highly recommend!
We had an issue with the shower faucet, but it was solved the next day. The owner even went quickly to the hardware store to get replacement parts so it could be fixed faster. Well appointed kitchen and layout maximizes the space available.
Nice place in town but communication with property manager was poor
Stayed here for the weekend with some girlfriends and there was plenty of space for 4 of us. The condo is as advertised, clean and in a great location in town close to restaurants and the grocery. Hiking, lakes and the village are a short drive too. The only issue we had was the coffee maker wasn't working and there were not extra linens/blankets for the sofa bed or air mattress. We contacted the property manager who said they would inform the local manager but we never got the issues resolved before we left. But overall, a nice place to stay and we still enjoyed the visit to beautiful Mammoth Lakes.
Place was clean, and just as you see in the pictures. My only complain is the bathroom needs to be updated and not enough pressure from the shower head.
Nice small spot. It was super clean and had sharp kitchen knives.
The only negative was the shower head could have some more water pressure. But this wouldnât keep me from staying here again.
It is located minutes from pretty much everything. The neighbor hood was busy but quiet.
Property in Mammoth was in a great location. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the pots, pans and silverware that was needed. The keurig stopped working on the last morning, the water pressure in the shower was really low. Refrigerator wasnât keeping the groceries cool, but we called Vacasa and the problem was fixed. Staff was great.
This was advertised as a one-bedroom unit, but it actually also had a separated upstairs loft area that was quite large. The loft had it's own queen bed (in addition to the king bed in the bedroom). We rented while it was managed by Vacasa, and the cleanliness was really amazing. They did a fantastic job with detail cleaning. Unit is nicely decorated and furnished. Working wood stove. Good heating in winter. Downside: dining table was ricketity and too tall for small children to sit at.
