This unit has great views of the wooded area and of the Sherwin mountains. It is close to Mammoth Creek for walks or fishing in the summer. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a new fold out sofa. The unit has 2 bathrooms so is great for a family with kids. It has been partly remodeled with all new painting throughout the main living area and new flooring in the bathrooms, dining room, and kitchen. THIS UNIT IS ALLOWED 2 CARS/PARKING PASSES.
