The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a pellet stove that sets a warm, mountain vibe after a day outside. The kitchen is well equipped—including both Nespresso and drip coffee makers, a slow cooker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses—so you can enjoy simple breakfasts or cook a full meal. Share them at the dining table with seating for up to 7.
When it’s time to unwind, the queen bedroom offers a Smart TV so you can stream with your own accounts. Additional sleeping is available with a queen Murphy bed in the dining area. Sierra Manors adds convenient shared amenities to your stay, including a recreation room (with a pool table), laundry facilities, and seasonal outdoor perks.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Outdoor parking for one vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass must be displayed at all times; passes are provided inside the unit.
• Communal amenities: Sierra Manors offers three enclosed spas, a sauna, a recreation room, and shared laundry. The pool, hot tub, and BBQ stations are only open during the summer.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Hot water: The unit has a limited hot water tank. If you’re at max occupancy, we recommend spacing out showers and hot-water use.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or damage.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
Getting Around:
Location logistics: Walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and Vons on Old Mammoth Rd. It’s a short drive to The Village or the Eagle Express chairlift. In winter, the Red Line shuttle runs to and from The Village and Main Lodge. Nearby you’ll find parks, the Town Loop path, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), bowling, skatepark, library, and more.
