Meet the expectation. Clean place. Not very well stocked (some salt and pepper, no olive oil, no coffee etc) but that was fine with us. Overall a decent stay.
New lock system is a def improvement. A great place we have stayed before. Oddly, although I have commented on it before, the very well stocked kitchen doesn't have a wine corkscrew. It does have wine glasses. Anyway, always enjoy Wildflower 15.
This is our third time at this location. So many things to like, great kitchen (although there was no wine opener/cork remover?) The bedroom is as awkward as ever, we really wish the bunk beds would be removed, it is very difficult for a normal adult to access the bed from one side because of them.
We had a good stay. The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is also nicely remodeled. A minor suggestion would be to replace the toilet (or it's parts) so it isn't as noisy when people use it at night. The complex did a good job of plowing heavy snow from it's roadways and parking areas, as well as clearing the paths to the units.
This property was the best managed property I have been to in Mammoth. We had epic snow during our stay and the management crew cleaned and maintained our access twice or more a day. They kept the icicles and snow from falling on us.
The property inside was clean, everything worked and we loved pellet stove.
The sleeping conditions were just great for children that are timid sleepers when in a new place. The couch was comfortable too!
Had a great time here during our stay. Easy drive to Eagle lodge and right next to a bus stop that takes you to the mountain. The parking lot and walk ways were very well maintained during the 3+ ft of snowfall we got during the week.
Great spot, perfect location, easy parking, well stocked kitchen. Perfect for ski days and home made dinner/game evenings. We loved it and will be back.
Solid 1br condo. Sleeping situation is a bit funny. Bunkbed is crammed into bedroom with main bed, doesn't leave much space to maneuver, and the bunkbed is not very comfortable. But otherwise a totally nice place. Lock on outside door is in bad shape, would recommend that owners replace it with code lock.
This was our second time at this property. It is perfect for our needs with the mostly complete kitchen and large living room. It is also close to the facility pool/jacuzzi and where the gas-powered grill is. Would def use again.
Very cozy place with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! We even had Tupperware, bowls for mixing and plenty of pots and pans with cooking utensils. We were able to make a lot of meals from the comfort of this place!
Only constructive feedback we have is the heating system was inconsistent, the radiant ceiling didn't maintain a constant temperature, there were no pellets left for the fireplace and lastly, the twin mattresses (for the bunk bed) seemed exceptionally soft (the main bed was great though).
The place was in a great location and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Thank you
Well managed and landscaped, nice, close pool/sauna complex. Very well stocked kitchen and large living space with entertainment center, book, comfortable and attractive furnishings. The bedroom was over crowded as it had both a bunk bed and a large (queen?) bed and so very little room to move. The little patio needs a bit of care, it was unswept, had some construction debris stacked in it and so on, so that was not much of an amenity. But overall the unit it was a great fit for our needs and we would return.

Nice condo, with kitchen supplies. Beautiful property, close to town & grocery stores. The down sides, there were cob webs on the ceilings & light fixtures. The upstair neighbors were very noisy. They were house cleaning at 2:00am along with doing repairs during the early morning hours which kept us awake. Notified the manager, but the nightly banging continued for two more nights/ early morning hours.
