Charming Mallorcan country house full of character, fully restored and located in a very quiet rural setting, just a few minutes from San Llorenç and Manacor. The property enjoys a high level of privacy and pleasant open views of the surrounding natural landscape, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking relaxation, comfort and contact with nature.
The house is laid out on a single level and combines traditional rustic style with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It features a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite with shower and a second full bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the remaining bedrooms are equipped with single beds, offering a comfortable and practical layout for families or small groups.
In addition, the property offers an independent bedroom with its own private entrance, two single beds, an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the rear garden, ideal for guests seeking extra independence and privacy.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, several terraces and a well-maintained garden area with lawn, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors in a peaceful natural environment.
