Get Rid of the Cats and the Unhelpful Staff.

The staff at my time of check-in wasn't very helpful in answering questions about visiting volcanos in the area or other sites to visit. And, the cats on the property are a nuisance. They literally jumped onto my chair and the table as I dined outside by the pool. I'm allergic to cats and I did not appreciate the staff dismissing my annoyance by them.

It was close to airport and they did offer a shuttle for $5 but proposed old and tired. They also said that the VIP service did not include breakfast even after I showed them it did online. Probably would not go back because there are better hotels more central to the city

Over all the Hotel and staff were great. Though Management was not so great. We had booked a double room with two double beds on expedia but they gave us a single room with two double beds instead. Management did not want to honor what we had booked on expedia, (which was a small living room and another room with two double beds. Instead they removed the picture showing the two double rooms which was very unprofessional of the sales manager not to honor what I had booked eventhough I showed him prove of my booking Which were the pictures they had on expedia. Very disappointing. We also experienced bed bug bites on our first night which we had to report to front desk and they accomodated us to another room which we were thankful for.

My stay at Hotel Globales Camino Real Managua was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was fast and seamless, and the property itself is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet environment, and strong Wi-Fi connection — perfect for both rest and productivity. The hotel’s pool area and restaurant were definite highlights. The food was delicious, and the service was consistently friendly. I also felt very safe and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location near the airport, which made travel easy and stress-free.
