Worst experience ever!

On my arrival I was told by the hotel that they don't work with hotel. Com and they don't have any room for me. This has been worst experience I had with hotel.com. It took me 2 hours after to find another room. I would appreciate if you could call me on 00919898667939 to discuss this further and I would appreciate if I could get full refund ASAP
