The staff was great, free breakfast with hot eggs, bacon, French toast & pancakes was good. The construction of the building is kind of wonk, the tub in room 324 has a soft spot which makes a lot of noise when you are showering. Our room and the hallway carpets need a good detailing, window sills, door knobs were dusty, bed was a little lumpy. Shower curtain was dirty, vent over shower filthy & shower curtain was falling off the wall. The devil is in the details, and no one seems to care or notice them.

We enjoyed our stay the room was neat and clean the TV was modern and set up for streaming. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is located in a great area near lots of stores and restaurants. The front desk staff Frankie was very professional, helpful and polite. The pool and hot tub was clean and well maintained my only wish would be that they keep pool towels in the pool area instead of having to go to the front desk to ask for them.

The rooms are well appointed and the bedding is very comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast is always wonderful and the kids enjoy the pool. This is our go-to place when we come down to close up our lake camp for the season.

Was a great place for a visit, but longer we stayed a week and you could hear people upstairs in the room above and kids running in the halls and last two nights there was someone knocking on doors at midnight and 6 the next morning.

The rim was good, nice and fairly comfortable. However, the pool was closed. They had a sign on the door. We asked about using the hot tub, because that was specifically the reason we got that hotel, was for a hot tub. He said he would check and let us know by 8pm, so 1 hour. At 9:45, pool closes at 10, the phone rang to say we could use the the hot tub. We had even called and went to the desk at about 815. No one was there.

We stayed on the second floor and the noise coming from the room above us was unbearable! We were unable to sleep. We could not request another room because the hotel was full according to the front desk. The floor above our room “squeaked” terribly and we will never stay there again! Expedia should not Recognize this as one of the hotels they recommend. If there was an avenue available to request a refund of our money for the night stay, I would certainly pursue it! I stay in hotels very frequently and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had! Never again!

The reception was friendly, and Frankie was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room did not have much soundproofing, and we could hear the angry guest across the hall and the people above us walking all evening and in the morning. The show did not have any ventolation and there was mold growing around the shower. The ceiling had come down in one corner above the shower and was temporarily patched.

Average hotel. Not that clean, smells a bit humid, not too horrible, its what you pay for. Also not sure what kind of design it is to have an AC right next to bed without an option to divert air, so when you’re in bed, it blow directly into you. Big tv is nice, staff is awesome. It had a mini kitchen, although nothing in it to use. Pool looked nice, didn’t have time to use it.
