Private entrance to apartment separate living room and laundry on site. Outdoor patio with plenty of sun and a gas grill. Pool table is not available at this time. Quiet dead end street on the outskirts of the city, plenty of trails and hills for walking. Close to restaurants and shopping in all directions, three exits east, north and south. I use a wood stove , nice and warm.
